More than a game:
A journey of FAITH, GROWTH AND TRANSFORMATION.
-
Trusting God Every Step of the Journey
Summer Sportsfest is more than winning games—it's about learning to trust God through every challenge, victory, and setback. Just as athletes rely on training and perseverance, we are called to place our faith in the One who strengthens us and guides our path. Through every match and every lesson, may our faith grow stronger and our hearts draw closer to Him."For we live by faith, not by sight." – 2 Corinthians 5:7
-
Becoming Better On and Off the Court.
Every practice, every game, and every lesson is an opportunity to grow. Summer Sportsfest encourages participants to develop not only their athletic skills but also their character, leadership, teamwork, and relationship with God. True growth happens when we allow God to shape us into the people He created us to be.
"Grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ." – 2 Peter 3:18
-
Changed by God's Grace.
Just as training transforms athletes into stronger competitors, God's love transforms lives from the inside out. Summer Sportsfest is a journey of spiritual transformation—learning to follow Jesus, overcome challenges, persevere in faith, and become more like Him each day. The greatest victory is a transformed heart that reflects God's goodness and glory.
"He who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion." – Philippians 1:6

With hearts full of gratitude, we give all praise, honor, and glory to our Lord Jesus Christ for the success of Summer Sportsfest 2026. Throughout this season, we witnessed His faithfulness, provision, protection, and sustaining power in every game, every lesson, and every life He touched.
This year's theme, G.I.F.T.S. — God Initiates and Finish the Transformation thru His Sustaining Power, reminded us that true transformation begins and ends with God. As athletes grew in skill, confidence, sportsmanship, and friendship, we also saw God continuously working in their hearts and lives. We praise Him for the seeds planted, the relationships built, and the spiritual growth He has graciously allowed us to witness.
We are deeply thankful to our valued partner, Garden City II Homeowners' Association (GCII), for their continued partnership and support in making this community event possible.
Our sincere gratitude also goes to our generous sponsors:
🤝 Bond of Brothers Toll & Manufacturing Inc. (B.O.B.) for providing food and snacks for our athletes and participants.
🏆 TaskUs, Molino for sponsoring the awards and trophies that helped recognize and celebrate the dedication and achievements of our athletes.
We also thank our athletes, coaches, parents, volunteers, and supporters whose time, effort, prayers, and commitment contributed to the success of this event.
We continue to praise and thank our Lord Jesus Christ for the continuous work He is doing—not only through Summer Sportsfest, but in the lives of each and every person involved. May the transformation He has begun continue to grow and bear fruit for His glory.
"Being confident of this, that He who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus." — Philippians 1:6
